Do you freeze your 100% Grass-Fed Beef?

Our 100% Grass-Fed Beef is blast or flash-frozen (same thing) right at the processing facility, for optimal freshness. Flash-freezing, in combination with vacuum-sealing the meat, preserves the natural colors and flavors of the meat and it provides you with that same flavor when you choose to thaw and cook your meat.
