Do you freeze your 100% Grass-Fed Beef?

Our 100% Grass-Fed Beef is blast or flash-frozen (same thing) right at the processing facility, for optimal freshness. Flash-freezing, in combination with vacuum-sealing the meat, preserves the natural colors and flavors of the meat and it provides you with that same flavor when you choose to thaw and cook your meat. No nutrients will be lost with this method either. According to the USDA suggestions, vacuum-sealed frozen meat will keep for up to a year in the freezer. See USDA.
