This Beef Bundle is AMAZING as it can be custom sized to fit your needs. It is what we suggest to those looking to buy an 1/8, a 1/4, a 1/2, or even a WHOLE Freezer Cow! The description below starts off with a WHOLE Bundle, but you don't have to. This option comes in a EIGHT SIZES, the smallest being the 1/8 Beef Bundle.
A Whole Bundle of Beef is approximately 200 pounds and is sold in 1/8 Bundle of Beef Boxes (about 25 pounds per box). For example the 1/4 Bundle of Beef Box will be TWO 1/8 Bundle of Beef boxes and it will total about 50 pounds of beef. Summer Boxes are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day and Winter Boxes from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Available while quantities last. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you for possible substitutions.
Each box contains a variety of premium grass-fed dry-aged Bone-In Ribeye Steaks, New York Strip Steaks, Roasts*, and Preferred Angus Gourmet Burger. Depending on the season, Summer Bundles include grilling favorites like Quarter Pound Patties, Kabobs, and Brats and our Winter Bundles will have Beef Tips/Stew Meat, Fajita/Stir-fry, and Short Ribs. These are another of our popular favorites and are sold on a first come first served basis, as supplies last.
*Roasts may be either Chuck Roasts, Rump Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roast, Eye of Round, Top Round Roast, Shoulder (Arm) Roasts, or Bottom Round Roast; approximately 2 lbs. Each.
