Our Black Angus Brisket Patties combine all the qualities you've come to love about our local Kentucky Grass-Fed Beef with the intrinsic qualities of Brisket that are perfect for the tastes of the summer grill or for a hearty meal like Salisbury Steak. Our patties are made from the flavorful Brisket and the surrounding Chuck, which are the prized areas of beef for its marbling and robust flavor. Each patty is made with our dry-aged beef and is ground twice. Fat ratio is approximately 85/15. Once thawed, these convenient patties are ready to be quickly grilled for dinner tonight (about 2-3 minutes on each side)!
Sold in one-pound packages, we offer three sizes of patties:
*The third-pounders have THREE patties and are a bit thicker.
*The quarter-pounders have FOUR patties that are a bit thinner, while
*The eighth-pound patties make for a perfect size ‘slider.' They can also be used to introduce our healthy Grass-Fed Beef into your morning meal as a breakfast-sized patty. There are EIGHT patties per package.
