PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cook on a flat top or griddle, preheated to 375°F. Cook from a thawed state, place desired amount of steak strips on a well-oiled griddle. For best results, allow the beef to sear before turning. Cook until internal temperature reaches 158°F.
