Our ground beef, or what we sometimes refer to as “ground burger” or just “burger,” is fresh and double-ground to meet your expectations--a special blend of our premium Black Angus Gourmet Burger--the finest most flavorful portions from three high grade areas of the cow (the round, the Chuck, and our steak trim). You haven't truly experienced a hamburger until you've eaten one made with our 100% Grass-Fed dry-aged Gourmet Burger. This is our personal “go to” on the farm for day-to-day dining for dishes like chili, tacos, casseroles, meatloafs, soups, and many others. Our Gourmet Burger comes in two lean/fat ratios: About 80/20 and about 90/10.
