Grill The PERFECT Grass-Fed Hamburger (Step #3)

Season both sides of the patties. You can use any seasoning you want but at a minimum, I like to use a course Kosher-style salt and black pepper. I do this just prior to grilling (keep it simple) so that that the natural flavors of the 100% Grass-Fed Beef are free to shine. Seasoning too soon will actually hurt your end result as it draws out the moistures in the beef leaving you with a dry old hockey puck for a burger patty. Season just before putting it on the grill (or skillet).
